³² “‘Stand up in the presence of the aged, show respect^(A) for the elderly^(B) and revere your God.^(C) I am the Lord.^(D)

³ Ahab king of Israel asked Jehoshaphat king of Judah, “Will you go with me against Ramoth Gilead?”

Jehoshaphat replied, “I am as you are, and my people as your people; we will join you in the war.”

¹⁰ They called out in a loud voice, “How long,^(A) Sovereign Lord,^(B) holy and true,^(C) until you judge the inhabitants of the earth^(D) and avenge our blood?”^(E)
